NOTE

COD orders - Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for just ₹49. Please note that while COD orders follow our standard return policies, the ₹49 COD fee is non-refundable.

 

1. Product Condition

We accept returns and offer refunds only in cases where the product is damaged or lost during shipping.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind or wrong choice of product.

Reporting Damage or Loss

If your product arrives damaged, or if you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
To process your return, we require a video showing the condition of the product and packaging when opened. This helps us assess the damage and process your request promptly.

Return Process

If the product is damaged or lost, you must provide the necessary video evidence and contact us at  9152237653 to initiate the return process.
In the event of a lost package, we will investigate with the courier service and keep you updated on the status.

. Refunds

If a return is approved, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.
Refunds will be issued after we receive the returned item, and it is inspected for damage.

 Exemptions

Perishable items, sealed products that have been opened, or any customized items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective.

Cancellation policy

(a)You cannot cancel order after 12 hours

(b) If product is not dispatched then we have authority to cancel it. (you have to inform us)
